We do not request sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers through this form.

How we use your information. We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide the real estate services you request, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders and updates about properties or transactions you asked about, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

How we contact you. If you check the consent box on our contact form, we may contact you by phone call, email, and SMS text message about real estate services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to submit the form. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or emailing josue@grayrealtysa.com.

Text messaging and your mobile number. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the service providers we use to deliver those messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with. We share your information only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM), email, and text messaging providers, and only so they can perform services for us. How long we keep it. We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet real estate record-keeping requirements under Texas law, and then delete or anonymize them.

Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights. You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing josue@grayrealtysa.com or calling (210) 941-1938.

Children. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy. If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date shown above.

Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at josue@grayrealtysa.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
